I notice in some of your shots that the buildings are painted white and ochre. Do these colours have meaning for Buddhists or for the people of Mustang?
All colors in Buddhism have a meaning. Ocher has a particular meaning, that of the renunciation of pleasures and the choice of a humble life.
The meaning of the white is the purity.
However the thing is not so simple and the meanings of colors are multiple.
